I am seeing this error on my ScriptViewer webpage and don't know what to do. "There was a problem getting the plan information! We will try again in about 45s or you could always try a refresh."
When you come across this error this means the account you set up for ScriptViewer no longer has access to anything. When this happens either this account was removed or no longer has access.
After looking to see if this account was removed or have had its access removed, you can head over to scriptviewer.io/setup to give you the steps for what needs to be done on your Planning Center side. So if you can fix your current account, great. If you are not able to restore the original account just shoot us an email to support@workflow.network with the new account info and we will swap it out as fast as we can.
