Live Time Requirement

Stream Deck uses the Live Time Preset Module for all events. Therefore, you must have the Presets option purchased and open at least once. Additionally, if you are controlling another server, you must be in an active Control Mode. 

HINT: You can set the control panel and Presets windows to automatically open in Live Time Preferences and the menu bar under Presets.

macOS Version Notice

If you are connected and still see the "Warning" icon on the Stream Deck, you may need an additional utility.

If you are running the Stream Deck on a Mac with macOS 10.13.X, you will need to use this:

This will allow for the Stream Deck plugin to operate in macOS High Sierra.

** This is not needed for macOS 10.14.4 or Above.
