Live Time and Intervals

I am running Live Time and the time is not lining up with what I see on the clock. For example, my timer says 0, but the clock on the output still says 1. How can I fix this. ? 

We get this question often actually. It is running one second intervals in the background. It takes 1 sec to go from 0.1 to 0.0. We intentionally changed this behavior so that in countdown mode, 0.0 == 00:00. while 0.2 wil still show 00:01. If you look at the images below you will see what that looks like.
