I am having an issue with my timers not starting with Presets. How do I fix this?

For those of you who may be experiencing issues with Presets not starting the timers, we have have exposed a new setting in the new Presets Settings section. The Default behavior was previously hard-coded, but now you can change the “delay time” if you find timers not starting. We had that time at 0.15s, it is now 0.25s. This is just due to how the current state of the networked app communicates. For on-server Presets, the “Zero Restore Delay” is recommended.
