Live Time and Stream Deck

I just got the Stream Deck plug-in to use, but nothing is showing up and/or shows a yellow exclamation point. How do I solve this? 

Because of the cueing nature, the Stream Deck buttons require you  to have the Presets In-App purchase with the Presets window open to take advantage of this plugin. With the purchase, the available actions for our first iteration are Cue Back Preset, Cue Next Preset, Start/Stop Main Timer, Start/Stop Aux Timer and Show/Hide the Overlay.
